Salmon with Creamy Garlic Spinach Sauce

Creamy Garlic spinach salmon with grape tomatoes is a simple dish that you can cook at home any day. It does not require extensive preparation.

1 lb. salmon fillet

6 ounces cherry tomato

2 cups spinach

8 oz. heavy whipping cream

1 1/4 cup white wine

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 piece onion minced

4 cloves garlic minced

5 tablespoons cooking oil

3 tablespoons butter

Tone’s rosemary, garlic seasoning

Sea salt and ground black pepper to taste.

Add Tone’s rosemary, garlic seasoning, sea salt and pepper to the salmon.

Pan fry the salmon in medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes per side or until it starts to brown. It is perfect when the inside is soft and moist.

Remove the salmon from the pan and place on a clean plate. Set it aside.

Now start to make the creamy garlic sauce by melting butter on a pan.

Saute onion and garlic until the onion softens and the garlic starts to brown.

Pour white wine. Use either Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio, or Sauvignon Blanc.

Let the liquid boil before adding the spinach and grape tomatoes.

Cover the cooking pot while reducing the wine to half.

The wine gives the dish that nice sweet taste. The alcohol evaporates in the process, no need to worry.

Pour heavy whipping cream and then add Parmesan cheese.

Cook the sauce in low heat for around 2 minutes before adding the fried salmon.

Serve. Enjoy!
