Pesto, Eggs, Tomatoes
Pesto eggs are a delicious breakfast trend worth trying! In this recipe sunny-side-up eggs are gently fried, then pesto is added and stacked with tomatoes. This makes the perfect breakfast toast!
Ingredients
8 grape tomatoes, sliced
2 tsp olive oil
Tone’s rosemary, garlic seasoning
Salt and pepper
3 tbsp pesto
2 medium eggs (boiled for 6 minutes)
2 slices Italian bread
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 200°.
Place the bread on a small oven tray
Bake until golden brown
Spread the pesto on the toast
Add 4 sliced grape tomatoes on each piece of toast
Add one slice egg on each piece of toast
Sprinkle salt and pepper and Tone’s rosemary, garlic seasoning. Enjoy!
