Ingredients
1 large flatbread or pre-made pizza crust
1/2 cup tomato sauce or pizza sauce
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Olive oil (for brushing)
Instruction
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
Place the flatbread or pizza crust on a baking sheet. If you’re using a flatbread, you may want to brush it lightly with olive oil and pre-bake it for a few minutes to make it crispier.
Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the flatbread, leaving a small border around the edges.
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce.
Arrange the sliced pepperoni over the cheese.
Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese, dried oregano, and garlic powder over the top.
Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the edges of the crust are golden brown.
Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
