Pan Fried Pork Chop with Mushroom Gravy

When you need a restaurant quality meal at home, these smothered pork chops are the perfect choice! The creamy gravy is so flavorful thanks to the one-pan method this recipe uses. Those delicious bits on the bottom of the pan get scraped up into the gravy along with earthy mushrooms and rich heavy cream. Smother your pork in this flavorful and satisfying gravy for the perfect juicy meat.

Ingredients

4 thick-cut bone-in pork chops

2 tsp. sea salt

1 tsp. black pepper

2 tsp. thyme 1 tsp.

Tone’s rosemary, garlic seasoning

1 Tbsp. olive oil

1 can of Campbell’s mushroom gravy

Instructions

Add your ingredients to the pork chops.

Add olive oil in a skillet then pan fry pork chops for 4-5 minutes on each side in medium heat until pork is cooked through. Remove pork from the pan then set it aside.

Using the same pan, add and cook mushrooms for 2 minutes, remove from the pan then set it aside.

Add 1 can of Campbell’s mushroom gravy to the skillet. Stir. Add the mushrooms. Keep stirring until hot. Add the gravy to the pork. Season with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper. Garnish with chopped thyme, let it stand for 5 minutes to let the mushroom sauce to penetrate into the pork chops then serve. Enjoy!
