Italian Sub Sandwich
Looking for a sandwich to make for a quick weeknight dinner? Well, this Italian Super Sub Sandwich is the answer. It’s loaded with salami, pepperoni, capicola and ham. Whether you call it an Italian sub, a hoagie, or just a party sandwich, this is something that should definitely be in your recipe arsenal!
Ingredients
1 Italian loaf bread
2 tbsp Olive oil,
2 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp chipotle sauce
lettuce
6 slices tomato sliced thin
6 slices pickles
¼ cup onion rings, thinly sliced
4 slices Sandwich Style Pepperoni
4 slices Hot Capicola
4 slices Genoa Salami
4 slices Ham
2 slices Provolone Cheese
Instructions
Place opened roll onto a work surface.
Drizzle olive oil, and vinegar onto the bottom half of the roll.
Then top with lettuce, tomato, pickles, onions, pepperoni, capicola, genoa salami, ham and cheese.
Drizzle chipotle sauce.
Crown with the top roll. Enjoy!
