Skirt Steak with Chimichurri Sauce
Grilled skirt steak with chimichurri sauce is arguably the best (and easiest) summer dinner idea. The steak is very tender, topped with savory herbaceous goodness, and made in under 30 minutes!
INGREDIENTS
1 ½ pound skirt steak
1 tablespoon sea salt
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Tone’s rosemary. garlic seasoning
Chimichurri sauce from Trader Joe’s
INSTRUCTIONS
Bring the skirt steak to room temperature and pat dry with a paper towel.
Season both sides of the steak with Tones rosemary, garlic seasoning, sea salt and pepper.
Preheat an outdoor grill or grill pan on the stove to medium-high heat. Grill the steak for 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
Slice the steak against the grain and top with chimichurri sauce. Enjoy!
