Bratwurst with Dijon Honey Mustard, Potato Salad and Peas
If you’re a grilling enthusiast, you know that there’s nothing like a freshly grilled bratwurst.
Usually made with pork and infused with spices, these German sausages are the pinnacle of meaty goodness. The name is derived from the Old High German Brätwurst, from brät-, finely chopped meat, and Wurst, sausage, although in modern German it is often associated with the verb braten, to pan fry or roast.
Potato salad is a salad dish made from boiled potatoes, usually containing a dressing and a variety of other ingredients such as boiled eggs and raw vegetables. In the United States, it is generally considered a side dish, and usually accompanies the main course. Enjoy!
