Sea salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a small bowl, mix together the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, oregano, cayenne pepper, black pepper, and sea salt to make the blackening seasoning.
Rub the salmon fillets with olive oil and then coat them with the blackening seasoning.
Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
While the salmon is baking, prepare the mango salsa by combining the diced mangos, red onion, red bell pepper, jalapeno pepper, cilantro, lime juice, sea salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix well and set aside.
To prepare the king crab legs, steam or boil them until heated through.
In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Add the minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
