Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

4 slices of bacon

4 ounces pepper jack cheese, sliced

4 ounces mozzarella cheese, sliced

2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

Chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

 

 

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Use a sharp knife to cut a pocket into each chicken breast. Make a horizontal slit along the side of the chicken breast, taking care not to cut all the way through. The pocket should be large enough to stuff the cheese.

Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Stuff each chicken breast with slices of pepper jack and mozzarella cheese. You can use a mix of both cheeses or choose one type if you prefer. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the stuffed chicken.

Wrap each chicken breast with a slice of bacon, securing it with toothpicks if necessary. The bacon will help keep the cheese inside the chicken and add flavor.

Place the bacon-wrapped stuffed chicken on a baking sheet or oven-safe dish. Make sure to leave some space between each chicken breast.
