Cilantro Lime Shrimp

Ingredients

1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 lime, juiced

Sea salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

In a bowl, combine the shrimp with the olive oil, minced garlic, chopped cilantro, lime juice, sea salt, and pepper. Toss to coat the shrimp evenly with the marinade. Let it marinate for about 15-30 minutes in the refrigerator.

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated shrimp in a single layer, making sure not to overcrowd the pan. Cook for about 2-3 minutes per side or until the shrimp turn pink and opaque.

Once the shrimp are cooked through, remove the skillet from the heat. Squeeze a little more lime juice over the shrimp and sprinkle with additional chopped cilantro.

Serve the cilantro lime shrimp hot with your favorite side dishes like rice, quinoa, or a salad. Enjoy!
