Pan-fried Pork Chops

These pan-fried pork chops are truly magical. They are amazingly tender and juicy with a perfect golden sear.

Ingredients

4 pork chops

Tone’s rosemary, garlic seasoning

1 cup of Red Lobster seasoning

2 TBSP of butter

2 TBSP of olive oil

1 10.5 .oz can of Campbells Cream of Mushroom Soup

Instructions

Season both sides of pork chops with some salt, pepper, and garlic powder

In a container combine 1 cup of Red lobster seasoning with Tone’s rosemary, garlic seasoning. 

Dredge pork chops in the mixture

Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt butter and olive oil

Fry pork chops in a skillet until cooked (about 4 minutes on each side)

Remove pork chops from skillet once cooked

In the hot skillet add 1 10.5 .oz can of Campbells Cream of Mushroom Soup

Stir until it starts to bubble.

Pour over pork chops and serve
